-Warranty

During the first year of ownership of Smith Stone & Cabinet purchased and installed cabinets, all materials or workmanship found to be defective, will be replaced or repaired at our option, upon the return of defective cabinets or parts to the factory in Ogden, Utah.

Upon completion of repairs or replacement of defective cabinets or parts, we will return the items to the customer. In any claim "NO" labor or consequential damage shall be allowed.

We shall not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us any liability in conjunction with the sale of cabinets by Smith Stone & Cabinet

Goods of manufacturers sold by us will be guaranteed to the extent allowed by said manufacturer.

Damage by accident, misuse, including but not limited to, excessive moisture or heat, or damage from normal wear and tear, natural color changes from exposure to light, fire, flood, or acts of God, are not covered under this limited warranty.
